Born in Novosibirsk, in Russia, Anna studied dance at her local dance school before joining the Bolshoi Ballet in 1997. Promoted to soloist a year later, she was coached by the legendary ballerina Raisa Struchkova. In 2004, she joined the National Hungarian Ballet as a principal and since 2007, she has been developing in this position at the Het Nationale Ballet in Amsterdam.

She has been the guest dancer in many companies such as the Royal Ballet in London, the Vienna Opera Ballet, the Rome Opera Ballet, the Hong Kong Ballet, the Tatarstan National Ballet,…

Her repertoire includes all the major classical roles, although she also boasts an impressive contemporary repertoire. She has also created several roles, particularly under the leadership of Christopher Wheeldon, Alexei Ratmansky or even Hans Van Manen.

In 2008, she received the “Alexandra Radius Prize”. In 2013, she was given the Benois de la Danse for Cinderella by Christopher Wheeldon, and in 2014, she won the Open Prize at the Dance Grand Prix.

Her films include Quichote, Cinderella, Giselle and the Nutcracker.

Born in Russia, Maria trained at the Bolshoi school in Moscow and danced at the Royal Ballet and the English National Ballet before joining the San Francisco Ballet as principal dancer in 2007. She is one of the most talented dancers of her generation, invited to dance at the Bolshoi, the Stanislavsky, the Mariinsky, the Mikhailovsky, the American Ballet Theater, the Rome Opera, la Scala in Milan, the Tokyo Ballet and at the National Dance Company in Madrid. Since 2015, she has split her time between the San Francisco Ballet and the American Ballet Theater, becoming one of those rare principals who can enjoy the luxury of belonging to two companies at the same time.
Maria has danced in all the principal roles in the great classical ballets, while eagerly awaiting creations from modern and contemporary choreographers, who are always delighted to be able to express their art through such an exceptional dancer.
She has taken part in numerous international gala events, including “Roberto Bolle & Friends”, the Ballet Stars of the 21st Century concert in Paris or “Ballet Now” at the Music Center in Los Angeles.

Passionate about art and fashion, Maria appeared in a video for the stylist Julien David for his spring/summer collection 2015 and in the video clip for “Unbound” by “The Cathedrals”, the “Spirit of Van Cleef & Arpels” video and Visa Checkout and Gap advertising, all in 2014. She plays Juliet in the film on Tomasson’s Romeo and Juliet: Great American Dance.
She was nominated as best female dancer in 2014 by the “Circle National Dance Award (U.K.)” and for a Benois de la Danse in 2013 for her role of Tatiana in Onegin by Cranko. In 2009, she received a gold medal at the “NBC Superstars of Dance”. She won the “Isadora Duncan Dance Award” for the best individual performance for Giselle in 2008, gold medals at the International Competitions in Korea and Italy in 2005, gold medal at the Luxembourg International Ballet Competition in 2003, silver medal and the jury prize at Varna in 2002, silver medal at the Prix de Lausanne in 2002 and the bronze medal at the International Ballet Competition in Moscow in 2001.

In 2018, Maria decided to seek more freedom and chose to become a freelance principal dancer. She continues to dance all around the world to our great delight.

Following the pandemic, Maria decided to go back to her beloved company, the English National Ballet, in September 2021.

Sebastian trained at the Royal Danish Ballet School and naturally progressed to join the Royal Danish Ballet in 2003 where he was promoted to soloist in 2009.

His classical repertoire boasts Romeo and Juliet, Albrecht in Giselle, the Prince in Cinderella, Theseus/Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, the Professor in La Leçon, numerous pieces by Balanchine,…

His modern repertoire includes Petite Mort, Bella Figura, Cacti, La Stravanganza, The Unsung. He created roles for Sol Léon & Paul Lightfoot, Natalia Horecna and Jacopo Godani.

From 2012 to 2014, he danced with Gauthier Dance//Theaterhaus Stuttgart, directed by Eric Gauthier. He created various roles in Cherry Pink & Apple Blossom White by Itzik Galili, Malasangre by Cayetano Soto and Burning Bridges by Jirí Bubenicek. He has also danced in pieces by Mauro Bigonzetti, Hans van Manen, Alejandro Cerrudo, Christian Spuck and Eric Gauthier.

He successfully tried his hand at choreography with Strangers (2015), Betty Be Black (2016), 1970now (2016) for the Royal Danish Ballet, Limberly (2016) for the German National Youth Ballet and Ways To Go (2013) for Gauthier Dance.

Originally from the Ukraine, Denys studied dance with Vadim Pisarev at the Donetsk Ballet Academy before joining the Heinz Bosl Ballet Academy in Munich at the age of 16. Two years later, he became a professional dancer at the Vienna Opera Ballet. He was promoted to demi-soloist in 2008, soloist in 2009 and made the grade of Principal in 2012, directed by Manuel Legris.

Denys has taken part in many international competitions, notably winning 2^nd prize at the Kiev International Youth Competition in 2004, 1^st prize at the Serge Lifar Competition in Kiev in 2004, 1^st prize at the Tanzolymp competition in Berlin in 2005, junior silver medal at the Jackson International Competition in 2006, 1^st prize at the Vienna International Contemporary Dance Competition in 2007, silver medal at the Korean International Ballet Competition in 2010 and 1^st prize and gold medal at the 25^thVarna International Ballet Competition in 2012.

He was nominated for the Prix Benois de la Danse in 2011 for his performance in “The Vertiginous Thrill of Exactitude” by William Forsythe.

He is regularly invited to dance with other companies, particularly in Italy, Russia and France, and also the United States.

Denys is a regular in Liège as he has been teaching classical ballet for 3 summers at the Liège International Summer School organised by the Stage de Danse non-profit organisation.

Hailing from Indianapolis, Constantine spent most of his early life in Hawaii where he began dancing aged 5, at the Pacific Ballet Academy in Honolulu.

At the 2007 Youth America Grand Prix, he took the bronze medal at the junior category final in New York. He was immediately awarded a scholarship to the prestigious Kirov Ballet school where he studied under Vladimir Dioulouhadze and Anatoli Kucheruk from 2007 to 2010. He entered the competition again in 2008 and once again received the bronze medal in the same category. In 2010, he switched style and worked with Peter Pestov and Tadeusz Matacz at the John Cranko school in Stuttgart. In 2011, he won the Grand Prix at the Tanzolymp competition in Berlin.

Freshly graduated, he joined the corps de ballet at the Stuttgart Ballet and was promoted to demi-soloist barely six months later, and principal dancer in 2014, rising dramatically through the company!

Always on the look-out for new challenges, he joined Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and then became the guest soloist for the Dutch National Ballet, before finally joining the company at the beginning of the 2018-2019 season as a principal dancer.

Originaire de Belgique, Anneleen suit les cours de danse à l’école de Ballet Marijke Clijsters Bree, et ensuite à la Royal Ballet School d’Anvers.

Son premier contrat, elle le décroche à la ”young company Dantzaz” à San Sebastián. En mai 2011, elle fait partie du Gala de charité « Dantzaz in the Alzheimer », c’est là qu’Eric Gauthier remarque son talent et lui offre une place dans sa compagnie. Depuis, elle a dansé de nombreux grands rôles. Outre les chorégraphies de Gauthier, elle enrichi son vocabulaire de danse avec Ohad Naharin, Sharon Eyal, Cayetano Soto, Marco Goecke, Johan Inger, pour ne citer qu’eux.

Les critiques ont été particulièrement impressionnées par son interprétation de la méchante reine dans Alice au Pays des Merveilles de
Mauro Bigonzetti et dans la pièce humoristique Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White d’Itzi Galili (que vous découvrirez aux Hivernales…)

Originaire de Stuttgart, Friedemann complète sa formation à l’Académie Princesse Grace de Monte Carlo, grâce à la bourse d’étude de la Princesse Antoinette de Monaco. Il montre des qualités évidentes, et remporte, en 1997, le Prix de Lausanne, la médaille d’or au Concours International de Luxembourg et la médaille d’or au Concours Eurocity en Italie. En 2018, il remporte le Concours Jackson aux Etats-Unis.

En septembre 1998, il débute sa carrière au Ballet de Stuttgart qu’il ne quittera plus, se hissant, en quelques années, au titre d’Etoile.

En 2002, il se voit récompensé du, très convoité, Prix Erik Bruhn à Toronto.

Il est élu « Danseur de l’année 2010 » par le magazine « Tanz » et en 2012, meilleur danseur pour le magazine italien « Danza&Danza ».

Inutile de lister le répertoire de Friedemann, tant il est riche et vaste. Véritable star de la danse, il est invité en tant qu’Etoile, dans les plus prestigieuses compagnies comme le Ballet du Bolshoï, Le Ballet Marijnsky, le Théâtre de la Scala de Milan, l’English National Ballet, la Ballet National de Chine, le Ballet de Tokyo et de Hong Kong, le Ballet de Santiago du Chili, la Ballet National de Finlande, le Ballet de la Ville de Berlin, le Béjart Ballet Lausanne, le Ballet de l’Opéra de Rome, le Ballet Royal Suédois, le Ballet de l’Opéra de Vienne, le Ballet National de Corée,…

Depuis septembre 2014, il est Etoile Invitée au Théâtre Mikhailovski de Saint Petersbourg.

En 2015, il reçoit le titre national de « Kammertänzer » et en 2016, il reçoit le « Prix MAYA ».

Née à Moscou, Polina étudie à la très célèbre Ecole du Bolshoi et c’est à l’âge de 17 ans qu’elle rejoint le Ballet de la Ville de Berlin en tant d’Etoile, du jamais vu !
Tout en assumant ses représentations à Berlin, elle est aussi en 2012, Etoile de l’American Ballet Theater. Elle est actuellement Etoile Invitée permanente Ballet de la Ville de Berlin, au Mikhailovsky Théâtre ainsi qu’au Théâtre de la Scala de Milan.

Comme si ce n’était pas encore un emploi du temps assez chargé, depuis 2013, elle enseigne aux élèves de l’Académie de Ballet de la Ville de Berlin, devenant la plus jeune professeure de l’histoire de l’école.

Inutile de citer tous les grands rôles et créations dont elle fait partie tant la liste est longue… Polina est régulièrement invitée dans les plus prestigieuses compagnies en tant qu’Etoile.

Elle rafle tous les prix des compétitions internationales à Moscou en 2001, à St Pétersbourg (Vaganova Prix) et Nagoya en 2002, Daphné Prize en 2004, German Critics Choice Award en 2005, Danseuse de l’année en 2007 ainsi que le prix Heinz Spörli, Benois de la Danse en 2014, Berliner Kammertänzerin depuis 2017 et à nouveau Danseuse de l’année en 2018.

Pur produit autrichien, Natascha est diplômée de la Vienna State Opera Ballet School à l’âge de 17 ans et intègre directement le corps de Ballet de la compagnie Viennoise.

Rapidement, elle se voit confier des rôles de plus en plus importants, et en passant par tous les grades de la compagnie, elle est promue Etoile en 2018 par Manuel Legris, le très apprécié Directeur de la compagnie Autrichienne.

En 2012, elle remporte le prix du jury à l’International Contest of Ballet Schools à Pékin, ainsi que le 1er prix au Premio Roma Danza. En 2014, elle se voit remettre le prix de la promotion du Balletclub Vienna State Opera.

Son répertoire est déjà très diversifié et ne cesse de s’enrichir suite à sa nomination relativement récente.
Grande habituée des Galas, même avant d’être Etoile, elle a également été la partenaire d’Isaac Hernandez (English National Ballet) à Moscou pour le Lac des Cygnes en 2019.

Originaire de San Sebastian, Jon est formé à l’école « Thalia Mentxu Medel » de San Sebastian et ensuite à la « Scaena Carmen Roche » à Madrid. Une fois diplômé, il rejoint le Ballet Carmen Roche à Madrid, puis la Compania Nacional de Danza 2 (Nacho Duato). Il est ensuite Etoile invitée aux Ballets Bubenicek tout en étant depuis 2006 Etoile au Semperoper Ballet de Dresden.

En 2009, il est nommé meilleur danseur pour son rôle dans « In the Middle, somewhat Elevated » de William Forsythe, en 2017, il reçoit le Prix Posatino pour « Meilleur danseur de l’année », en 2018, il est à nouveau meilleur danseur de l’année pour « The Four Seasons » par le magazine Dance Europe, et en 2019, il reçoit un prix pour sa carrière artistique par la fondation Semperoper.

Inutile de lister son répertoire classique et contemporain qui est presque sans fin. Il participe à de nombreux Gala Internationaux et est l’assistant de Jiri Bubenicek lorsqu’il remonte ses chorégraphies dans le monde entier.
