During her training, her exceptional talent was quickly recognized: in 2017, she received the <em>Princess Grace Award in Dance<\/em>, a major honor in the world of contemporary dance awarded by the <em>Princess Grace Foundation\u2013USA<\/em> to support emerging artists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following year, Mikaela joined the <em>Nederlands Dans Theater 2<\/em> in the Netherlands, marking the beginning of her professional career. During her three seasons with the company, she performed works by internationally renowned choreographers such as Marco Goecke, Alexander Ekman, Sol Le\u00f3n &amp; Paul Lightfoot, Dimo Milev, Edward Clug, and Ji\u0159\u00ed Kyli\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, she joined the <em>Ballett Theater Basel<\/em> in Switzerland, where she continued to expand her personal repertoire through creations by creative director Marco Goecke, as well as Marcos Morau, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Martin Zimmermann, and Sharon Eyal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two years later, Mikaela became a member of <em>G\u00f6teborgsOperans Danskompani<\/em> in Sweden, for two seasons marked by new performances and a deep exploration of her artistic voice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, Mikaela embarks on a new chapter in her career as a freelance artist.
