Five years later, he joined the highly renowned <em>National Ballet School of Havana<\/em>, where he trained in particular with teachers Elena Canga and Yuneisi Rodr\u00edguez. During his training years, Arian stood out by taking part in international academic encounters such as the <em>International Ballet Teaching Academy Encounter<\/em> and the <em>Inter-Academy Encounters<\/em> in Mazatl\u00e1n, Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Pretoria.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduating in 2010, Arian naturally joined the <em>Ballet Nacional de Cuba<\/em>, where he danced under the direction of the legendary Cuban dancer Alicia Alonso. He was promoted to first soloist in 2011 and became a principal dancer the following year. With the company, he performed internationally across North and South America, Europe, China, and South Africa. He also took part in several tribute galas dedicated to the director: in 2012, at the<em> Viva Alicia!<\/em> gala at the Bolshoi Theatre for her 90th birthday; in 2013, at the 20th-anniversary gala at the Teatro de la Zarzuela; and later that same year at the international gala at the Teatro at Montecasino.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the 2015\u20132016 season, Arian joined the <em>Philadelphia Ballet <\/em>as a principal dancer, performing a wide classical and contemporary repertoire.
