Quickly recognized for the excellence of his work, the precision of his lines, and his partnering qualities, he rose steadily through the ranks of the company, becoming First Soloist in 2022.

The following year, Gareth joined English National Ballet as a First Soloist and was promoted to Principal Dancer two years later.

With a broad classical and neo-classical repertoire, Gareth performs leading roles in major works of the ballet repertoire. He also stands out in pieces by influential choreographers such as William Forsythe, Martha Graham, George Balanchine, Pina Bausch, and Alexander Ekman. In addition, he has taken part in original creations, notably under the direction of David Dawson, who entrusted him with principal roles in “Romeo and Juliet” and “The Four Seasons”.

Alongside his dancing career, Gareth devotes significant time to teaching and the development of dance.
