Originally from Russia, Ksenia began her training at the Belarusian State Ballet College before joining the English National Ballet School, following her participation in the prestigious Prix de Lausanne in 2007.
After an outstanding jouney at the School, she naturally joined English National Ballet, while performing on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including the Palais Garnier, Royal Opera House, Bolshoi Theatre, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. She has taken part in numerous international galas, as well as the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
In 2016, Ksenia joined the Staatsballett Berlin as a Principal Dancer, performing leading roles across a wide repertoire of classical and contemporary ballets. During the 2019/2020 season, she appeared as a Guest Principal with the Polish National Ballet.
Ksenia now continues her career as an international Guest Principal and collaborates with English National Ballet in London as an Associate Artist.
A versatile artist, Ksenia has created numerous roles under the direction of choreographers such as Nacho Duato, Itzik Galili, Alexei Ratmansky, Alexander Ekman, Richard Siegal, Liam Scarlett, George Williamson and Yabin Wang. She has also performed works by Kenneth MacMillan, John Cranko, Jiří Kylián, George Balanchine, Serge Lifar, Krzysztof Pastor, David Dawson and Wayne Eagling.
At the age of 20, her first performance of Giselle earned her a nomination for English National Ballet’s “Emerging Dancer” Award. In March 2012, she performed the leading role in the world premiere of George Williamson’s The Firebird, an exceptional performance that earned her the Critics’ Circle National Dance Award. In 2013, Ksenia was nominated for the Benois de la Danse Award. In 2018, she won the Dance Open Award in St. Petersburg, and in 2023, she was awarded the Premio Eccellenza della Danza in Italy.
