Since our amazing volunteers are essential to the success of our prestigious cultural event, we’re offering you a magical and enchanting experience as close as possible to the Stars…

In exchange for a few hours of fun, discovery and sharing with us, you will have the pleasure of attending the prestigious Ballet Stars Gala, comfortably ensconced in the audience.

Whether your mission involves managing the reception desk, selling programmes, managing the Hivernales boutique, punching tickets, accompanying and placing the audience, setting up the hall, the VIP area and bars, serving VIPs in the hall, the afterparty and bar service, managing the backstage area during the competition, managing the mini-dancers backstage,… You are all a precious link in this weekend dedicated to the Art of Dance.

There are four options for becoming part of the Hivernales volunteer family, all of which are detailed in the registration form below. Please note that some options are limited, so don’t dawdle, and choose the best option for your availability.

Practical details: 

  • Entries will close on 31 January 2024. 
  • We will contact you by email or telephone to check a few details. 
  • We will then announce who has been selected (by 15 February 2024 at the latest). 
  • The tasks assigned and the provisional schedule will then be sent to everyone for confirmation. 
  • We will organise a meeting by videoconference a few days before the Gala: to get to know each other, take a guided tour of the Manège Fonck and give a detailed explanation of the different jobs, answer any questions and make any last-minute adjustments.

All volunteers will receive a welcome pack on arrival containing their agreement to sign, their Hivernales volunteer t-shirt, a sandwich for the volunteer day, their ticket to the show and a few small gifts!
